A lawyer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in energy law and services for legal entities. Founder of Devdera & Partners Law Firm, president of the Association of Natural Gas Suppliers of the Republic of Moldova, mediator certified by the Ministry of Justice. A number of his proposals have been included in the regulatory framework of the Republic of Moldova. He has experience in participating in international litigation, including in the US, as well as in international commercial arbitration.
Previously, he headed the Legal Department of SA "Moldovagaz," where he coordinated a team of over 20 lawyers. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova and obtained a master's degree in law.

Valentin Barba

Lawyer with over 40 years of experience and expertise in commercial and banking law. A graduate of the Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova, he has held key positions in the judiciary, including in the Economic Court and the Supreme Court of Justice.

Since 2014, he has been working in private practice, specializing in insolvency, liquidation of commercial companies, and litigation with international elements. He has attended professional training courses in the field of insolvency in Germany.

President and arbitrator of the AITA Arbitration Court. A renowned expert and professor, he participated in the development of Moldovan legislation.
